All you need to know about buying sports bras

If you plant o exercise on a regular basis, the regular bras that you don will not be sufficient to hold your bust and provide it the support that it needs. Finding the right sports bra can be tricky.
There are hundreds of styles available in the market today.You should find the perfect sports bra and make it part of your daily exercise outfit.
1. SIZE

They are to fit more snug and tight as compared to regular bras. Do not freak out if you don’t find your regular size fit you in a sports bra.
The sign that it is not your size is it eating into your skin or feels too constricting.

So cotton bras , though it may absorb all the sweat, the cotton material will be wet as the moisture is not allowed to evaporate.

Compression bras hold the bras more snugly to the body and are apt for small chested women.
whereas encapsulated bras look more like normal t-shirt bras and have separate cups and provide more support.





6. REPLACEMENT OR WHEN TO BUY A NEW ONE
A sports bras main purpose is to provide support in movement.
So the more you use a bra the more its elasticity gets worn out. If you wear a sports bra regularly then you should replace it every 6 months.
